Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags and packaging to qualify for a successful return process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
