Chikankari is a traditional hand-embroidery style from Lucknow. To preserve the delicate hand-thread work, we recommend dry cleaning or a gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Always air dry in the shade.
How long does shipping take within India?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, your Arsh Chikan package will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our authentic Chikankari collections worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for products in their original condition with tags intact. Please note that since our items are handmade, slight variations in embroidery are part of the craft's charm and are not considered defects.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since many of our kurtas are made from non-stretch fabrics like cotton and georgette, we recommend choosing a size that provides a comfortable fit based on your bust measurements.
